Executive Team

Ms. Putra brings 20 years of experience in management, finance, and operations to 3n. She has a solid understanding of the issues, processes, and path to success for an early-stage company. Most recently, she co-founded and served as President of Game Units, a successful niche provider of customizable, demographically targeted video game units to customers that included Fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience includes co-founding Abacus Energy Services, an electric service provider company, and working in various senior-level leadership positions for PMC Global, a billion-dollar manufacturing conglomerate where Ms. Putra was responsible for worldwide financial operations and spearheaded several key projects including certain acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Prior to PMC Global, she held management position for Liner Health Products.

Ms. Putra holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and an MBA in Management from California State University. She is an expert resource and frequent contributor to a number of emergency communication publications and was recently named the number-one expert to discuss the 2003 Northeast Blackout and the number-two expert to discuss the 2004 Asian tsunami.

Prior to joining 3n, Mr. Bell gained valuable experience in building sales teams and developing relationships at firms that offered web-based services as an alternative to installing on-premise enterprise software solutions. Most recently, he was the Vice President of AppExchange Mobile Sales at Salesforce.com, the leading provider of web-based CRM services.
Mr. Bell was previously the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Mobile Automation, a leading provider of secure management solutions for the enterprise. He was successful in bringing to market a new web-based version of the software with the ensuing sales success contributing to the acquisition of the firm by iPass, Inc.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bell held successful sales executive roles at other technology firms, starting his sales career at Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Bell earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Buffalo.

Before joining 3n, Mr. Ladin served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Internet America, a publicly traded Internet services company. He was co-founder and President of Yfinium, a startup technology company in the wireless systems integration arena, and served in various sales and marketing management positions with BindView Security Software, PDQ.net, and Compaq Computer where he was one of the founding members of Compaq's first Internet division.

Mr. Ladin graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor degree in Finance. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on technology and Internet-related issues and served as an adjunct marketing professor to the University of Houston's MBA program, teaching a class on marketing strategy.

Prior to 3n, Mr. Terry served as the U.S. Director of Information Technology at Jafra Cosmetics, a $100 million unit of a world-class cosmetics organization with operations in 20 countries. He also held various executive IT positions with Transamerica over 16 years and co-founded a successful consulting company that sold, integrated, and supported technology used for field office and mobile data communications.

Mr. Terry holds a Bachelor degree from Sonoma State University in California and is a board member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Society of Information Managers.

Prior to joining 3n, Ms Leglise had a consulting practice focusing on helping small-to- mid size businesses improve their financial operations. She has also held various positions, including VP finance of Sameday Technologies, a technology start-up providing supply chain software and Finance Director for the West Coast at Avon Products, a $475 million business segment of a Fortune 500 company.

Ms. Leglise holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a Master in International Business from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, France. She is also a Certified Management Accountant.
